Marketing & Communications Executive

We're looking for a creative, self-starting Marketing & Communications Executive to grow the Foodspeed brand. You'll work directly with our senior management team and have real influence over how we tell our story. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves food and drink as much as they love a well-crafted post.

What you'll do

  • Lead our marketing and social media day to day, creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Market Foodspeed to existing and potential clients, and raise overall awareness of the business across the industry
  • Develop and proactively pitch new social media strategies to raise Foodspeed's profile and grow our following
  • Shape and sharpen our brand messaging and tone of voice across every touchpoint
  • Draft WhatsApp mailers, product updates, newsletters and customer communications
  • Work with our suppliers and producers to source imagery, video and media assets
  • Build social media partnerships and collaborations with chefs, cafés, producers and creators
  • Plan and deliver campaigns around seasonal products, new launches and key moments in the food calendar
  • Bring our sustainability and B Corp commitments to life in a way that's authentic and compelling
  • Keep our website and digital presence fresh and up to date, including SEO optimisation, tracking performance and reporting on what's working

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
