We're hiring Marketing and Communications Lead
Salary: GBP 35,000 - GBP 42,000 FTE
Job Type: Full Time Permanent Hybrid (York base with flexible remote working)

Through our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we work with charities, public services and organisations across the UK to create engaging, values-led learning experiences that help people turn learning into action.
We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Lead to help tell that story.
You'll play a key role in shaping how Transform Your Training is seen, understood and experienced by learners, facilitators, partners, commissioners and stakeholders. From leading our brand and communications strategy to supporting major programmes, projects and organisational priorities, you'll help ensure the right people hear about our work, engage with our services and understand the impact they create.
Working closely with senior leaders, project teams and external partners, you'll combine strategic thinking, creativity and relationship-building to strengthen our profile, grow our reach and support the continued development of a thriving, ambitious organisation.

You Will
- Develop and lead an organisation-wide marketing and communications strategy that supports organisational priorities and growth.
- Create marketing approaches that strengthen engagement, increase visibility and expand our reach.
- Provide strategic marketing advice and guidance to senior leaders, project teams and colleagues.
- Lead and develop the Transform Your Training brand, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Oversee communications activity across the organisation, helping ensure messages are clear, engaging and aligned with our values.
- Build strong relationships with project teams, partners, funders, commissioners and stakeholders.
- Develop marketing and communications approaches that support project delivery, participant engagement and organisational objectives.
- Lead the planning and delivery of campaigns across projects, programmes, services and events.
- Communicate impact, learning, outcomes and success stories to a wide range of audiences.
- Monitor performance, evaluate effectiveness and use insight to continuously improve marketing activity.
- Lead and support a small marketing team, creating clear priorities, effective systems and opportunities for development.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies and specialist partners.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies.
- Has led marketing activity across multiple projects, programmes, services or organisational priorities.
- Is confident building relationships and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Has experience creating engagement and communications approaches for different audiences.
- Understands how to use data, audience insight and evidence to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Is an excellent communicator, able to develop compelling messages and adapt them for different audiences and channels.
- Has experience leading, supporting or developing others within a marketing environment.
- Is highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Combines strategic thinking with practical action and delivery.
- Is creative, innovative and solutions-focused.
- Is passionate about making a positive difference through learning.
