We're supporting an established financial services organisation in Glasgow as they embark on an ambitious transformation journey. Offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £42,000, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing, communications and brand strategy while helping shape a more modern, customer-focused and digital-first future.
This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain what's already in place. The organisation is looking for someone who can take a fresh look at the brand, customer experience and digital presence and help define what comes next.
They know they want to evolve. They know they want to become more digital-first. They know their website, communications, digital platforms and customer experience need to feel more modern, engaging and relevant. What they're looking for is someone with the vision, creativity and commercial awareness to help make that happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
