About Us

JWE Media is one of the UK’s fastest-growing media planning and buying agencies, operating across EMEA. Through our dedicated creative division, JWE Studio, we develop and deliver engaging advertising content for campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, OOH, Press and Magazines.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to build awareness of the studio, showcase our work and help generate new business opportunities.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating the marketing and communications activity for JWE Studio, initially focusing on developing the studio’s brand, profile and presence within the market.

Over time, the role will expand to support the wider marketing of JWE Media and its services to prospective clients and business partners.

This is a hands-on role covering content, social media, PR, case studies, email marketing, events and business-to-business communications. You will work closely with the creative, production, media and commercial teams to turn our campaigns and company activity into engaging marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of JWE Studio’s marketing and communications strategy.
  • Manage the JWE Studio social media channels and maintain a consistent schedule of engaging content.
  • Create written content for social media, websites, newsletters, press releases, case studies and company presentations.
  • Work with the creative and production teams to capture and promote completed campaigns, shoots and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Keep the JWE Studio website and portfolio up to date with new projects, services and company news.
  • Build relationships with relevant journalists, publications, industry bodies and event organisers.
  • Identify PR opportunities and coordinate press releases, media enquiries, award entries and speaking opportunities.
  • Develop email campaigns and other communications aimed at prospective clients and business partners.
  • Support events, networking opportunities, partnerships and promotional activity.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends and relevant developments across the creative, advertising and production industries.
  • Track marketing performance and provide regular updates on engagement, reach, enquiries and new business opportunities.
  • Gradually support the wider marketing and communications activity of JWE Media.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
