Marketing & Communications Manager (Part-Time)
London (Hybrid) | 2.5 days per week | £80,000 FTE (£40,000 pro rata)
Help shape the voice of one of the UK’s most exciting AI-native RegTech businesses.
RegWise is an AI-powered regulatory change management platform built for regulated institutions. Developed by compliance professionals and powered by trusted AI, we help banks, fintechs and other regulated firms navigate regulatory change with greater speed, confidence and control. Our platform combines regulatory intelligence with AI-driven workflows to transform how compliance teams identify, assess, implement and evidence regulatory change.
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to join us on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week). This is a hands-on role with significant autonomy, working closely with our leadership team to build our brand, support commercial growth and communicate our vision to clients, partners and investors.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional looking for a flexible, high-impact position. It would suit someone with a fractional marketing portfolio, an experienced marketer seeking part-time work, or someone returning to the workplace. As RegWise grows, we expect this role to have the opportunity to evolve into a full-time position.
What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in shaping how RegWise is seen by the market, strengthening our brand and supporting commercial growth. This is a hands-on role, with responsibility to own or coordinate activities across the following areas:
Social media ownership
- Owning and executing a structured social media strategy, with particular focus on LinkedIn, including content planning, a clear content calendar, audience engagement and regular performance reporting.
- Creating and publishing compelling content that builds awareness of RegWise, strengthens our thought leadership and positions us as a credible leader in AI-powered regulatory technology.
- Supporting the LinkedIn presence of key RegWise leaders, helping to build both the corporate brand and the individual profiles and voices of senior leaders.
Brand management
- Owning and protecting the RegWise brand, ensuring consistency across visual identity, tone of voice, messaging and positioning.
- Maintaining brand consistency across the website, presentations, campaigns, events, partner materials, customer communications and investor communications.
- Working closely with the founders and leadership team to develop and refine messaging that clearly communicates our value proposition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
