We're looking for a temporary creative and data-driven Marketing Campaigns & Communications Officer to help deliver innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement. Need to be able to start asap.
This is likely to be for 4/5 months - hybrid (2 days office 3 days home) parking on site - Lansdown Campus - £18.45 - £18.96 an hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create engaging content for email, SMS, web, social media, and print.
- Manage and optimise CRM-based communications and automated customer journeys.
- Segment audiences and personalise campaigns to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign results, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver successful campaigns.
- Support CRM development, reporting, and best practice across the team.
- Identify new marketing trends and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Be confident using Dotdigital and Mailchimp

About You
- Experience in a marketing, communications, or campaign-focused role.
- Strong digital marketing and email marketing experience.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics) and audience segmentation.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A data-driven approach with experience analysing campaign performance.
- The ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
