Are you a talented storyteller who can turn complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand communications?
We're looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer (Internal Communications) to help connect, engage, and inform colleagues across Exemplar Health Care.
Working as part of our Marketing Team, you'll create content that helps colleagues understand our priorities, celebrate achievements, and stay connected to our culture and values. From colleague newsletters and our intranet to video content, engagement campaigns, and our quarterly magazine, no two days will be the same. This role is ideal for someone who's creative, organised, and passionate about using communication to make a real difference.
Please note:
This is a fixed-term maternity cover role, expected to start on or around 19 October 2026 and continue until 30 July 2027.
We'd love to hear from candidates looking to build on their experience, develop their internal communications expertise, or bring transferable skills from another sector.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
