This isn't a role where you'll be sat behind a desk waiting for a brief.
S3 Padel is one of the fastest-growing padel operators in the UK, with venues opening across the country and a community that's growing with every one. We're looking for someone to take genuine ownership of how S3 looks, sounds and shows up - across social, content, CRM and every new venue we open.
If you've always got your phone out capturing something, if you can spot what's about to trend before it does, and if you get a real buzz from turning a rough idea into a piece of content that actually performs - we want to talk to you.
What you'll be doing
Social Media & Content
- Owning our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok and other priority platforms.
- Planning and managing a rolling content calendar.
- Shooting and editing short-form video natively - reels, stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Writing copy that sounds like S3, not corporate.
- Spotting trends and reacting fast.
- Managing community engagement and collaborating with influencers and partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
