Marketing Campaign & Content Manager
£45,000 | Hybrid | Regular UK travel
A multi-site healthcare business is expanding its network and has created a new role for a hands-on marketing generalist to help drive that growth.
This is a broad, varied position covering social media, content, paid and organic digital activity, and marketing support for locations across the UK - including sites recently added to the group. You'll split your time between planning at a strategic level and getting stuck into delivery, working closely with local teams to understand what they need and building campaigns around it.
There's no existing playbook to follow here - you'll have real input into how marketing is run across the business, and the chance to shape a function that's still taking shape.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we're looking for:
- A marketer with 5+ years' experience - sector background is open, though healthcare or clinical experience would help
- Someone who can run social channels end-to-end: content, community, growth
- Comfortable with paid digital (PPC), SEO fundamentals, and reading performance data to guide decisions
- A strong writer, confident on camera and behind one
- Basic design skills (Canva-level is fine)
- Organised enough to juggle multiple sites, stakeholders and deadlines at once
- A people person - someone who can build trust with local teams, not just send them a brand toolkit
- Genuinely happy to travel and spend time on the ground, not just managing remotely
