🚀 We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive

Are you a creative, organised and hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into high-quality campaigns and materials?

Vanguard is looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to support the delivery of marketing and communications activities across our Group.

Working directly with the Group Director of Marketing & Communications, you will help bring our marketing plans to life across multiple businesses and international markets. This is a varied, execution-focused role combining creative production, digital marketing and day-to-day coordination.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing social media graphics, brochures, presentations, reports, advertisements and sales materials
  • Creating digital and print assets for campaigns, events and conferences
  • Supporting website content updates and producing website graphics
  • Scheduling social media content, particularly for LinkedIn
  • Assisting with email marketing, newsletters and digital campaigns
  • Coordinating marketing activities, suppliers, calendars and campaign deadlines
  • Supporting Group communications, events and wider marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all materials and channels

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in marketing, graphic design, communications or a similar role
  • Strong graphic design capability and a good eye for layout, typography and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable professional design tools
  • Experience producing professional digital and print materials
  • Familiarity with social media content creation and website platforms such as WordPress
  • Strong written communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership of delivery

Experience in maritime, shipping, insurance, professional services, B2B or another international industry would be advantageous, but it is not essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to contribute to a growing, ambitious and international Group marketing function.
