Marketing & Digital Assistant
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and proactive Marketing & Digital Assistant to join our team. This is a junior role providing day-to-day support to our Marketing and Education teams, with a varied mix of digital marketing, communications, event coordination and administration.
We're looking for someone who is organised, keen to learn, has good attention to detail and is willing to take initiative. In return, there will be plenty of opportunity to learn new skills, develop your experience and take on greater responsibility over time as your confidence and capabilities grow.
An interest in healthcare, sport and fitness and wellbeing would be a real advantage, as you'll be working across these areas and communicating with a wide range of audiences. This isn't essential, and we're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
The role will suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working across different tasks and likes the idea of being involved in both the creative and practical sides of marketing and events.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Marketing and Education teams with day-to-day marketing, digital, event and administrative activities.
- Creating, preparing and scheduling newsletters and email campaigns using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.
- Supporting the promotion and communication of online and in-person education events, including invitations, reminders and follow-up communications.
- Setting up and coordinating online events using Zoom, ensuring speakers and relevant team members have the information they need.
- Supporting the practical organisation of in-person events, including communications, materials and logistics.
- Creating and adapting marketing materials and digital assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or similar design tools.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration and updating of the company website using WordPress, including uploading and formatting content and images.
- Regularly reviewing website content to ensure product information, copy and other content is accurate, current and presented clearly.
- Helping to organise and maintain the website's research and publications/papers content, ensuring new information is added and existing content remains up to date.
- Managing routine email correspondence, enquiries and follow-ups with customers, researchers, healthcare professionals and other contacts internationally.
- Maintaining accurate records, contact lists and marketing information, and helping to keep projects and activities organised.
- Bringing ideas and creativity to our marketing and digital activities, while supporting other projects and tasks as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
