Role Overview
The successful candidate will support the development and delivery of a marketing and engagement strategy for all Foresight provision, including any new services or opportunities identified through community need and demand, and also provide administration and support to the operations manager.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver a marketing and engagement strategy for Foresight and all services and projects
- Develop marketing and engagement for any new activity and opportunities
- Review and develop existing provisions and undertake consultation with the community to identify effective work streams
- Identify gaps in the local market
- Implement new marketing and engagement activities in conjunction with current staff
- Implement a range of marketing and engagement mechanisms including effective use of social media
- Create a database to assist with ongoing marketing of new and current services
- Liaise with public sector partner organisations, e.g., Focus, ICB, and community groups, in order to develop marketing and engagement in line with their preferences
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing and advertising
- Organise open days, engagement and awareness raising events and attend local events to promote Foresight
- Liaise daily with operations manager

Specialist Training
- Training Provider: MCARTHUR DEAN TRAINING LIMITED
- Training Course: Business administrator (level 3)
- Course Contents:
- Skilled in the use of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation to: write letters or emails, create proposals, perform financial processes, record and analyse data.
- Produces accurate records and documents including: emails, letters, files, payments, reports, and proposals.
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement. Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships within their own team and across the organisation.
- Demonstrates good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms.
- Completes tasks to a high standard. Demonstrates the necessary level of expertise required to complete tasks and applies themself to continuously improve their work.
- Takes responsibility for initiating and completing tasks, manages priorities and time in order to successfully meet deadlines.
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor, and report.

Training Schedule
- Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Attending weekly classes to achieve the Standard
- Level 3 Business Administration Qualification
Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE in:
- English and Maths (grade GCSE - grades 4)
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
