Marketing and Events Coordinator
£25,660 - £27,069 per annum
37.5 hours per week

About the Role
- Support the planning and delivery of a diverse programme of events that showcase Hartpury and engage prospective students, visitors and stakeholders
- Provide coordinated administrative and logistical support to ensure events run smoothly and deliver an excellent visitor experience
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Marketing and the wider organisation to support recruitment, celebratory and community events
- Manage event resources, communications and systems, always ensuring a professional and organised approach
- Represent Hartpury at events both on and off campus, contributing to the success of our student recruitment and engagement activities
About You
- An organised and enthusiastic, with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys building positive relationships with a wide range of individuals
- Able to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a busy environment
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service, creating positive experiences for visitors and guests
- A proactive team player contributing to the successful delivery of events
- Comfortable using digital systems and able to work efficiently and accurately
- Flexible in your approach to work, with the ability to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends to support events
- Hold a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, as the role requires travel to events across the UK and the transportation, set-up and pack-down of exhibition stands, equipment and promotional materials
