Hi, we’re Sayer Vincent – and we’re not your typical audit firm!
We've been around since 1983, when three accountants committed to social justice recognised the need for specialist audit and advisory services for charities and social purpose organisations. Whilst we've grown and evolved over the years, our founding purpose remains at the heart of everything we do.
We help charities and social purpose organisations become more effective, accountable and sustainable—so they can create an even greater impact for their beneficiaries. If you're passionate about supporting organisations that make a difference, you'll feel right at home at Sayer Vincent.
We believe our people are our greatest strength. We foster a supportive and collaborative culture where everyone is encouraged to learn, develop and grow. We value individuality, recognising the unique skills, perspectives and experiences each person brings to our firm.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team.
This is a varied role that sits at the heart of the firm, combining business development coordination, marketing and communications, events, project management and process improvement.
A significant part of the role is administrative. It involves managing and continually improving our new business enquiry process and working closely with Partners and Managers across the firm to coordinate opportunities, manage workflows, maintain accurate records and reporting, and help ensure that prospective clients receive an excellent experience.
At the same time, we're looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking to our external marketing. We want to continue evolving how we communicate with the charity and social purpose sector through engaging newsletters, social media content and digital campaigns. This role isn't just about delivery. We're looking for someone who enjoys generating ideas, spotting opportunities and finding innovative ways to increase engagement and strengthen our profile.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
