Working across IHM's portfolio of hospitality media brands - Boutique Hotel News, Serviced Apartment News, Short Term Rentalz and Urban Living News
You will help deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and live and virtual events. The role combines hands-on execution with creative thinking, digital innovation and commercial focus.
Responsibilities
Marketing campaigns and brand promotion
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns that promote IHM events, products, services and brands.
- Create and manage content across email, websites, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant digital channels.
- Produce visual marketing assets and promotional graphics for events, webinars, awards and editorial campaigns.
- Track campaign performance using data and analytics, refining activity to improve engagement and results.
Content & creative development
- Create marketing materials, event promotions, website content, social content, email communications and digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and promotional materials for conferences, awards, webinars and other company events.
- Work closely with editorial, sales and other internal teams so marketing activity supports wider business objectives.
Digital innovation, AI & new platforms
- Research and evaluate new technologies, digital platforms, AI tools and marketing solutions.
- Identify ways to improve processes, workflows, audience engagement and marketing performance through automation and technology.
- Build proficiency in new software and platforms, testing their potential use across the business.
- Use AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, audience engagement, marketing automation and data analysis.

Continuous improvement
- Generate ideas to improve events, webinars, marketing campaigns and audience experience.
- Test new approaches and communicate practical recommendations to relevant members of the team.
Event planning & execution
- Plan, coordinate and deliver live and virtual events including conferences, summits, awards ceremonies, webinars and trade shows.
- Research and source venues, compare proposals, arrange site visits and manage venue relationships through the planning process.
- Coordinate logistics including catering, AV, signage, branding, floorplans, photography, videography, suppliers, speakers and event materials.
- Liaise with partners, sponsors, speakers, venues, suppliers and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
- Attend events and support on-site delivery, proactively resolving operational issues.
Webinars & virtual events
- Coordinate webinar planning, marketing and delivery across IHM brands.
- Set up and manage registration pages, attendee communications, branding and post-event activity using relevant event platforms.
- Develop new webinar concepts, formats and engagement ideas to improve audience experience and performance.
- Analyse registrations, attendance and engagement data and use findings to improve future activity.

Data & reporting
- Collect and analyse data from campaigns, webinars, digital platforms and live events.
- Create clear performance reports covering audience engagement, campaign or event outcomes and areas for improvement.
- Use insights to make practical recommendations for future campaigns, events, webinars and wider marketing activity.
Qualifications
Candidate ideals:
- Marketing and event degree
- 1 year+ experience marketing and event experience
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Track record in social media management
- Experience with marketing analytics
Candidate must-haves:
- Self starter and motivated
- Collaborative in small team environment
- Extremely organised and can keep up with ever-growing business and tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Plenty of ideas
