Our people are at the heart of everything we do — their ideas, energy, and drive shape our success.

About The Role
Covering the maternity leave of our Marketing & Events Executive, you’ll take the lead on delivering our in‑person and virtual events throughout the year — from planning and logistics to on‑the‑day execution. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to support campaigns across email, social, content, awards, and digital channels.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑driven role where you’ll help shape memorable experiences for our advisers and partners, while also contributing to broader marketing activity that enhances engagement and strengthens our brand.
If you enjoy organising, collaborating, and bringing ideas to life — and you want to see your work directly improve customer experience — you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Event coordination — Lead the planning and delivery of all Stonebridge events, both in‑person and virtual.
- Multi‑channel marketing — Support the creation and execution of campaigns across email, social, online, and content.
- Collateral & merchandise — Source, order, and manage promotional items and event materials.
- Performance reporting — Monitor and report on the success of your events and marketing activity.
- Process adherence — Follow internal marketing and finance processes to ensure smooth delivery.
- Team collaboration — Contribute to weekly and monthly team meetings, sharing ideas and insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
