We're looking for a Marketing Intern
We're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our global marketing team and gain hands-on experience across marketing, communications, events and business operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a student, graduate or early-career professional looking to develop practical experience in a fast-paced, growing business. Working alongside experienced marketers and subject matter experts, you'll support a wide range of activities while building valuable skills across digital marketing, content creation, internal communications and event delivery.
What You'll Do
Marketing & Communications Support
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content, particularly LinkedIn.
- Support the development and formatting of marketing materials, presentations and documents.
- Assist with content updates for the Acumetis website and intranet.
- Help promote thought leadership, company announcements and business updates.
- Support the creation of newsletters and internal communications.
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns across service lines.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting and administration.
- Help maintain project plans, content calendars and marketing schedules.
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Events & Logistics Support
- Assist with conference, event and webinar planning.
- Support delegate registration and attendee communications.
- Coordinate colleague travel arrangements, hotel bookings and restaurant reservations where required.
- Help prepare event materials, presentations and promotional assets.
- Support post-event reporting and follow-up activities.

Marketing Operations
- Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists.
- Support CRM and email marketing administration.
- Organise marketing assets, templates and shared documentation.
- Assist with process improvements and team administration.
Learning & Development
- Gain exposure to brand management, digital marketing, internal communications and campaign planning.
- Work alongside senior marketing leaders and subject matter experts.
- Develop practical experience in a global life sciences consultancy environment.

- Marketing activities are delivered accurately and on time.
- Events and logistics run smoothly and professionally.
- Content is well organised, accessible and up to date.
- Internal stakeholders receive timely support from the marketing team.
- Campaign administration and reporting are completed efficiently.
- The Marketing team is able to focus more time on strategic priorities.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. You may be studying marketing, business, communications, events, media or a related discipline, or be a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, approachable and keen to develop new skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
You'll Likely Bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in marketing, communications, events or digital channels.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
