Build the Events and Engagement Engine Behind a Growing Global Business
Momentum Global helps technology-driven organisations build global teams they own, not rent.
As the world's only globally agnostic, end-to-end nearshore insourcing partner, we operate across 31 countries, combining data, local expertise and delivery capability to help organisations build long-term global capability.
We're now looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to help build the awareness and executive engagement engine behind our next stage of growth.
There isn't an established events programme waiting for you to inherit.
You'll help create it.
The Role
We believe many of our future customer relationships will begin before a traditional sales conversation ever happens.
They'll begin through:
- Executive breakfasts
- Private dinners
- Roundtables
- Leadership communities
- Customer stories
- Thought leadership
- Targeted campaigns
You'll create those opportunities β attracting the right audiences, delivering excellent experiences and helping turn engagement into meaningful commercial conversations.
What You'll Be Doing
Events & Executive Engagement
You'll own the development and delivery of Momentum's events programme, including:

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
