Job Description:

£26,000 to £28,000 · Full time, 37 hours · Remote (UK), with our Cardiff office there whenever you want it

About agentOS

We make software that helps letting agents run their businesses. We're a team of around 22 based in Cardiff, small enough that your work gets noticed, and part of a larger software group that gives us stability.

Why this role matters

Our growth depends on a steady flow of the right new customers, and on existing customers knowing everything we can do for them. This role makes both happen, and what you do shapes who we work with next.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

Most of your time will go on finding and qualifying new leads, with the rest on keeping existing customers informed and some sales admin.

  • Run email, LinkedIn and content campaigns, following the marketing plan our Head of Marketing sets
  • Reach out to letting agents by email and LinkedIn to start conversations
  • Dig into our own data to spot businesses worth talking to
  • Keep an eye on industry Facebook groups and online communities for conversations about us
  • Check leads are a good fit, then pass them to our sales lead ready to talk
  • Write updates and campaigns for our existing customers
  • Prepare customer contracts, using AI tools, for sign-off
  • Track what's working and suggest improvements
  • Go to the occasional industry conference

What we're looking for

You don't need marketing experience. Graduates and career changers are very welcome, and we'll teach you the rest. What matters is that you:

  • Write well, and can change your tone for different people
  • Are comfortable using AI tools and picking up new software quickly
  • Are happy getting in touch with people you've never met
  • Are organised and careful with detail, because some of what you prepare goes straight to customers
  • Are curious about how businesses find and win customers
