Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Marketing and Growth Intern based in London. The intern will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaigns, social media, and content initiatives to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

- Conducting market research on food, beauty, and wellness sectors
- Analyzing competitor activity
- Identifying growth opportunities
- Supporting sales outreach
- Preparing presentations
- Helping maintain customer relationship tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather customer feedback, improve messaging, and enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Sales-related skills, including comfort with outreach, lead follow-up, and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in consumer brands, AI, or regulatory compliance are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in London, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
