Hays are working with a business in Huddersfield City Centre that is looking for a Marketing and Office Administrator. You will play a key role in coordinating bid and tender submissions, maintaining company information across portals and systems, and ensuring marketing and business development documentation remains accurate and up to date. The position would suit an individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Role Overview:

• Provide efficient and proactive administrative support to the Marketing and Business Development team.
• Manage and monitor the team mailbox, responding to and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of Selection Questionnaires (SQs), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs), bid submissions, and tender documentation.
• Maintain and regularly update staff CVs, project sheets, capability statements, and other business development collateral.
• Coordinate and reconcile reports to ensure information is accurate and current.
• Support the compilation and formatting of documentation for bids, tenders, and client proposals.
• Register, manage, and maintain various client and procurement portals, ensuring company information, certifications, and accreditations remain up to date.
• Monitor Contracts Finder, Tenders Direct, and other relevant procurement platforms daily, identifying suitable opportunities and circulating them to the wider team.
• Maintain digital document control processes and update internal systems, intranet content, and asset libraries.
• Ensure all business development and marketing records are organised, accessible, and compliant with company procedures.
