📍 Carnforth, Lancashire
⏰ Part-time or Full-time | Flexible hours

We’re looking for a Marketing & Office Assistant to join our growing team at Lune Valley Pods & Lodges. This is a varied, hands-on role split roughly 50% Marketing / 50% Office & Admin — working closely with Sam and Carly.
📱 MARKETING
- Creating content for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Filming and photographing our latest pods and luxury lodges
- Creating Reels and short-form videos
- Designing brochures, flyers and adverts
- Updating our website
- Helping with email marketing and promotions
- Promoting exhibitions, new products and launches
- Bringing fresh ideas to help grow the Lune Valley brand
☎️ OFFICE & ADMIN
- Answering calls and customer enquiries
- Responding to emails
- Updating our customer database
- Recording and following up sales leads
- Assisting with quotations and paperwork
- Organising appointments and customer visits
- General day-to-day office administration

Experience with Canva, social media, photography, video editing, websites, digital marketing, customer service or office administration would be a bonus.
