Marketing & Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to join a growing specialist business in Central London.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining B2B marketing, business operations and light finance administration. It's ideal for someone with around 2+ years' experience who wants more ownership and variety.

Marketing & Content

This isn't a role focused on producing daily social media posts. Our marketing is centred around creating valuable, insight-led content that builds credibility and generates commercial opportunities.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Blogs and long-form website content
  • Downloadable guides and resources
  • Market studies, research and surveys
  • Customer success stories and case studies
  • Client proposals and presentations
  • Newsletters and targeted email content
  • Website content and SEO
  • Branded collateral and documentation
  • Using AI and tools such as Canva/Gamma to improve content production

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
