About Say Yes

Say Yes is a high-growth web development agency specialising in brand and product storytelling, predominantly for eCommerce merchants on Shopify. We work with ambitious brands ready to tell great stories – from D2C Shopify Plus retailers to large-scale, highly technical builds for hospitality brands, estate agent chains, and non-governmental organisations.

With an exceptionally talented team of engineers and a focus on user experience and design excellence, we've built a strong portfolio including brands such as Powersheds, Get Baked, Samuel Windsor, Ro & Zo, Union Coffee, and Resorts World Birmingham.

We're part of a growing group of complementary marketing, brand and technology specialisms, and this role is designed to work across that wider family of teams – including Say Yes, verse and human.plus – as we continue to scale throughout 2026 and beyond. We partner with leading technology platforms including Shopify, Sanity, Klaviyo, and more, ensuring our clients benefit from cutting-edge eCommerce solutions.

Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious Marketing and Partnerships specialist, ideally with eCommerce and tech experience, to help grow our voice, network and events presence across multiple departments as we scale through 2026 and beyond. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats – bringing our brand to life through content and campaigns, while also building the commercial relationships and event presence that open doors.

It is a role designed to grow the awareness of our agencies (Say Yes, verse and Human Plus) and whilst you will have contact with our customers for the purpose of content creation and collaboration; it should be noted that this role does not include marketing for the brands we work with.

Reporting to our Group-Level Marketing and Communications Lead, you'll take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution – content, campaigns and email – while also developing our technology and industry partnerships and representing us at events across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level marketer who wants broad exposure across brand, partnerships and events, within a fast-growing, ambitious business.

Primary Responsibilities

Marketing and Content:

  • Create and deliver organic content and social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels as required - supported by the Marketing & Communications Lead and Creative Lead - to grow the awareness of our agency group.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including seasonal and always-on brand activity
  • Manage email/CRM marketing, including newsletters and nurture communications
  • Support website and on-site content updates, working with the wider team to maintain marketing collateral

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
