Marketing & Partnerships Manager for JamPot
We are looking for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager for JamPot.
This role will play a central role in driving audience growth, brand visibility, and partnerships across JamPot’s growing slate of shows. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of content, talent, and growth strategy ensuring our podcasts reach the right audiences while unlocking meaningful brand collaborations and new audiences.
As JamPot continues to grow, the Marketing & Partnerships Manager will be key to building scalable marketing frameworks, partnership pipelines, and audience growth strategies that support that expansion.
Marketing Strategy & Audience Growth
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across JamPot’s podcast slate to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Own launch and ongoing Always On marketing campaigns for new and existing shows.
- Analyse performance data (downloads, social, retention) to optimise campaigns and inform decision-making.
- Identify and test new growth and revenue channels.
- Work closely with content/production teams to align marketing with editorial direction.
Partnerships & Commercial Development
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, media partners, and DSP’s.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with brand and audience/editorial fit.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage relationships to ensure long-term value.

Campaign Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing and partnership campaigns across multiple shows.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritising effectively across competing deadlines.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
Operational Processes
- Establish and maintain clear marketing and partnership workflows.
- Implement tools and systems to track campaigns, partnerships, and performance.
- Maintain documentation across campaigns, deals, and reporting.
- Continuously improve processes to support scale and efficiency as the business grows.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with production, content, and digital teams to align marketing with output.
- Collaborate with talent, agents, and external partners on campaigns and partnerships.
- Support commercial and business development initiatives across JamPot.
Skills and Experience

- 5+ years in marketing, partnerships, or audience growth within podcasting, media, or digital content.
- Proven experience growing audiences across digital platforms.
- Strong experience managing brand partnerships and commercial collaborations.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive performance.
- Experience with marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify for Podcasters, Google Analytics).
- Experience working with talent and external partners.
- Highly organised with strong project and campaign management skills.
