RG Group - Marketing & Pre-Construction Coordinator
RG Group is a growing construction business delivering projects across the UK. We are continuing to develop our profile and presence across the industry and are looking for a Marketing & Pre-Construction Coordinator to join our Doncaster team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent marketing graduate or someone at the beginning of their marketing career looking for a varied role with excellent training and long-term career progression.
You will support marketing, social media, pre-construction, business development and office administration across the Group, including providing support to our Kent team.
We are particularly looking for someone who is creative, enthusiastic and passionate about social media and content creation.
A key part of the role will be developing RG Group's presence on LinkedIn. We want someone who will actively look for stories across the business – from project milestones and new appointments to awards and employee achievements – and turn them into engaging content that raises awareness of RG Group.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media
- Manage and develop RG Group's LinkedIn presence.
- Create engaging content showcasing our people, projects, achievements and successes.
- Proactively identify stories and content opportunities across the business.
- Work with project teams and colleagues to gather information, photographs and updates.
- Support website and other digital marketing activity.
- Prepare company profiles, project sheets, case studies and presentations.
- Support events, awards and industry activities.
- Monitor engagement and help develop our social media presence.

Pre-Construction & Business Development
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Pre-Construction and Business Development teams.
- Assist with tender and PQQ information and submissions.
- Gather project information, CVs, case studies and company information.
- Assist with presentations and bid documentation.
- Support research into potential clients, projects and opportunities.
Office Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Doncaster office.
- Assist with meetings, events and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support to Directors and managers where required.
- Support colleagues across the wider Group, including the Kent team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, creative, organised and confident.
You may be a recent marketing graduate or have some experience in marketing, social media or administration and be looking for your next step.
Essential
- Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn for business, marketing or organisational purposes.
- Genuine interest in social media and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative approach and a good eye for a story.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
- Proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Desirable
- Marketing, communications, business or similar qualification.
- Experience in marketing, business development or administration.
- Experience within construction or property.
- Experience using Canva or similar design software.
- Experience with website content or social media analytics.
Construction experience is desirable but not essential – training will be provided to the right candidate.
