About the Role

JEVA London is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our London team and support a long-term project for a major global technology client.

This is a client-facing project management role focused on turning marketing briefs into executable projects. You will work closely with the client, JEVA London and our network of agencies, media partners, venues and suppliers across the UK.

Projects will span a broad range of marketing activities, including brand activations, events, OOH/DOOH, digital advertising, SEO and integrated marketing campaigns.

You will not be expected to personally produce creative content. Instead, your role will be to identify the right partners, coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget.

Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend

Salary: £42,000–£48,000 DOE

Location: London / Hybrid

Working pattern: Approximately 2 days per week in a central London client office, with the remaining days working remotely

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing projects from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Translate client requirements into clear and actionable project briefs
  • Research, source and coordinate agencies, suppliers, venues, media owners and other external partners
  • Obtain and review quotations and proposals
  • Manage project budgets, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate projects across offline activations, events, OOH/DOOH, SEO, paid media and other marketing channels
  • Act as a key point of contact between the client, JEVA London and external partners
  • Keep stakeholders updated throughout each stage of the project
  • Identify potential risks or delivery issues and resolve them proactively
  • Support occasional on-site activations and events when required
  • Maintain clear project documentation and reporting

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, marketing, advertising, media or an agency environment
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Confident communicating with clients, agencies, suppliers and senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with budgets and quotations
  • Proactive, resourceful and confident sourcing new suppliers and solutions
  • Strong understanding of the UK market
  • Experience in experiential marketing, events, OOH/DOOH, media or digital marketing would be an advantage
  • Comfortable working independently within a fast-moving international environment
