About the Role
Do you have experience in B2B marketing, communications, or PR within fast-paced global environments? Are you looking to work in a growing, international, exciting, and global business working with some of the world’s best-known live acts and entertainers? Would you like to work for the world’s largest, most exciting and innovative supplier of laser, special effects equipment and crew?
ER Productions delivers SFX, pyro, and laser systems for major world tours and large live events across the globe. Our work spans stadiums, arenas, and festivals, supporting some of the most recognised artists and productions worldwide. We operate internationally, with offices across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, and regularly manage complex, multi-territory touring projects.
You will champion the global brand, communications, and PR strategy for ER Productions across international markets, ensuring that our projects, people, technology, and capabilities are communicated consistently and creatively. You will work closely with the Directors, Senior Leadership Team, and international operations while taking ownership of global marketing, driving lead generation, shaping industry presence, and telling the stories behind extraordinary live visual experiences.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing & PR Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the global marketing strategy, budget, and brand positioning across all international territories
- Managing PR, trade media relationships, editorial pitches, press releases, and executive media opportunities
- Capturing content onsite for major projects and product innovations to build impactful case studies, media libraries, and sales enablement tools
- Managing company digital channels, website content, SEO, and social media platforms to drive brand visibility and lead generation
- Planning and managing ER’s presence at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key performance metrics to the Senior Leadership Team
- Managing and reporting on marketing expenditure against approved annual budgets
- Aligning marketing initiatives with Business Development and regional sales goals to drive commercial growth
- Overseeing internal communications to celebrate team achievements, company milestones, and workplace culture

Requirements
You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following:
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or PR with both strategic oversight and hands-on execution
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to translate technical special effects, product R&D, and complex setups into engaging stories and case studies
- Background or strong interest in live events, production, touring, AV, lighting, special effects, or related creative/technical industries
- Solid experience in media relations, press releases, SEO, social media management, and working with trade publications/agencies
- High commercial awareness with a track record of supporting Business Development through event management, pitch decks, and promotional collateral
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional international teams
- Creative, commercially aware, and full of fresh ideas with a genuine passion for live entertainment and production technology
- A proactive self-starter who takes full ownership of projects and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment
- Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the confidence to work around live production environments and senior leaders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Willingness to travel internationally as required to capture project content and support events
