About the Opportunity
As we enter an exciting phase of growth across the UK and selected international markets, we're looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to help build awareness, strengthen our brand presence, and deliver outstanding campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years' experience in marketing, PR or brand management who is ready to take ownership in a fast-growing premium consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing and PR initiatives across trade and consumer audiences, including:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing and PR campaigns
- Manage day-to-day press office activities and media relationships
- Pitch stories, launches, partnerships and founder opportunities to national and trade media
- Deliver consumer events, tastings, activations and brand experiences
- Support bartender advocacy programmes, trade partnerships and industry events
- Coordinate our external social media agency, ensuring campaigns align with wider brand objectives
- Write press releases, website content, campaign copy, presentations and email communications
- Manage photographers, designers and creative suppliers
- Develop partnerships with influencers, hospitality venues and premium lifestyle brands
- Track campaign performance, budgets and KPIs
- Support international distributors with marketing materials and launch toolkits

Ideal Candidate
You'll ideally have:
- 3–5 years' experience in Marketing, PR, Brand Management or Communications
- Experience working with premium consumer brands, ideally within drinks, hospitality, food & beverage, lifestyle, luxury, beauty, fashion or travel
- Strong media relations and PR experience
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Experience organising events, partnerships and brand activations
- Confidence managing agencies and external suppliers
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- A passion for hospitality, food, culture and premium brands
- Right to work in the UK
