Role Description
The Marketing and Recruitment Manager is a full-time, based remotely, responsible for developing and executing marketing and talent attraction strategies for Red Oak Taverns.

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Planning and delivering campaigns to promote the Red Oak Taverns pubs
- Managing digital and traditional marketing channels
- Creating content that highlights pub partnership opportunities
- Coordinating recruitment activities for pub operators and key roles
- Writing pub adverts
- Managing candidate pipelines
- Supporting selection processes
The role will:
- Collaborate closely with operations and senior leadership to understand business needs
- Track campaign and recruitment performance
- Recommend improvements based on data and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and potential operators to ensure a consistent, engaging experience for all candidates and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, ideally within hospitality, leisure, or multi-site retail.
- Skills in digital marketing, including social media management, email campaigns, and basic analytics tools.
- Background in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling job adverts and marketing copy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration software; experience with applicant tracking systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing
- Knowledge of the UK pub or hospitality sector and an interest in supporting independent operators is beneficial.
