Marketing and Relationships Manager

The marketing and relationships manager is a key member of the business development and communications team, which is led directly by the two founding partners of GGi. The role exists to professionalise and elevate GGi’s marketing activity and the systematic management of client and stakeholder relationships so that we convert our existing goodwill, high levels of repeat business and strong reputation into the ambitious growth set out in our business plan.

You will manage the marketing and relationships function in a flat structure (no direct reports). Your success will come from catalysing and enabling the consultants and partners who are the primary relationship holders, working seamlessly with the events team and the wider communications function, and embedding a customer-success mindset across the organisation. You will help turn our ground-breaking new RAG AI capability and the forthcoming marketing plan into tangible growth and reputational results.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Delivery

  • Pick up the new marketing plan which translates GGi’s ambitious growth plan into clear, prioritised campaigns and activity
  • Support the launch and ongoing promotion of the RAG AI system so that our knowledge assets become a powerful differentiator and lead-generation tool
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing activity (digital, content, thought leadership amplification, a well-known events programme, etc) that raises visibility among target public-purpose audiences
  • Ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all touchpoints
  • Measure and report on marketing performance, continuously refining approach for impact and efficiency
  • Contribute creative ideas that keep GGi distinctive and relevant

Relationship Management and Customer Success

  • Implement practical systems and rhythms for managing client and stakeholder relationships at organisational level (building on the strong foundations already in place)
  • Act as the central coordinator and catalyst for relationship activity – prompting, supporting and enabling consultants and partners rather than owning every relationship yourself
  • Embed a customer-success approach: post-project follow-up, health checks, structured feedback, identification of on-sell and expansion opportunities and ensuring clients feel the ongoing value of the GGi relationship
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality and usage so that relationship intelligence is visible and actionable
  • Track relationship health, repeat business, and expansion metrics; surface insights and opportunities to the leadership team
  • Support the conversion of goodwill into formal partnerships, framework agreements and longer-term engagements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
