Marketing & Sales Integration Executive - 3-Month Contract, remote or based at any UK office, £330 per day (outside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Integration Executive to join a growing professional services organisation on an initial 3-month contract, starting immediately.

This is a fast-paced role supporting the integration of multiple newly acquired businesses. You'll help coordinate the rebranding and integration of marketing and sales activities, ensuring a seamless transition while enabling commercial growth and cross-selling opportunities.

Duties:

  • Coordinate the marketing and sales integration of newly acquired businesses.
  • Manage rebranding activities across multiple projects to agreed timelines.
  • Support the delivery of consistent brand messaging and customer communications.
  • Help execute cross-sell marketing activities before, during and after integrations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of marketing assets, systems and processes.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day project coordination, allowing senior leaders to focus on strategic integration planning and future acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering marketing or brand integration projects.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience working across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
