What difference will you make?

As our Marketing & Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in bringing One Sky to life. Because we are a mission-led startup without a traditional marketing budget, your creativity, energy, and resourcefulness will directly shape our growth and impact.

Here’s how you’ll make a difference

You’ll help build a passionate user base through organic content, partnerships, and storytelling—showing the world why One Sky matters.

  • Drive user sign-ups that unlock revenue.
Our ability to attract brand sponsorships relies on demonstrating strong user growth and engagement. Your work directly fuels the numbers and narrative that sponsors need to see.

  • Amplify our mission.
By turning sustainability and impact data into meaningful content, you’ll help people understand how their everyday actions matter—and why One Sky is the platform that empowers them.

  • Build brand credibility.
You will establish our online voice, visual identity, and presence, helping us look, sound, and feel like a trusted leader in the sustainability space.

  • Create opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships.
Your campaigns and community engagement will help us open doors to brands, businesses, and organizations who want to support and collaborate with One Sky.

  • Support onboarding of users and businesses.
You’ll help guide both individuals and companies into our ecosystem, making it easy for them to join and understand the value of our impact-led and verified-lead marketing funnel.

  • Shape the early future of the company.
As one of our first marketing hires, your ideas, experiments, and insights will directly influence our strategy, product, and long-term success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
