As a Marketing Apprentice, you’ll work closely with the wider Bauer Academy team. You’ll help create marketing materials, support events and meetings, keep CRM information organised and assist with follow-up activity for clients and partners. This is a broad marketing support role rather than a purely sales role.

- Support the planning and delivery of Bauer Academy events, meetings, conferences and client-facing sessions.
- Help with event logistics, room bookings, attendance lists, guest information, materials and on-the-day support.
Marketing collateral and content creation:
- Help create and update marketing materials that support Bauer Academy programmes, apprenticeships and commercial partnerships.
- Learn how to turn programme information into clear, engaging content and how to keep materials accurate, consistent and on-brand.
CRM and data support:
- Support the team with CRM activity and contact management, helping keep records clean, organised and useful.
- Log follow-up actions, support campaign or event follow-up, and help the team build stronger in-house processes using systems such as HubSpot.
Commercial partnerships support:
- Support the Head of Business Development with preparation for client and partner conversations.
- Ensure prospective clients are responded to in a professional and timely manner.
- Help the team identify where Bauer Academy programmes could connect with client learning, development and talent priorities.
Team administration and coordination:
- Provide day-to-day coordination support to help the Bauer Academy team work efficiently.
- Organise documents and templates, track actions, support meeting preparation, help with follow-ups and take ownership of smaller projects as your confidence grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
