Marketing Apprentice
LOCATION: Home-based with regular travel to an Academy Transformation Trust Academy. You should reside within commuting distance of one of our academies.
37 hours, All Year Round
18-Month Fixed Term Contract
National Minimum Apprentice Wage
START DATE: September 2026
The Marketing Apprentice position at Academy Transformation Trust is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to develop their skills in a dynamic education environment. As an apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing and communication functions across our Trust, reaching both internal and external stakeholders through your work on our websites, social media, and other marketing channels. You’ll build strong relationships with our schools and help them to develop and implement their own marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a creative flair looking to gain hands-on experience of marketing in the education sector.
The apprentice will complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship programme.
Responsibilities
- Support administration of our websites and intranet
- Social media management content creation
- Assist in tracking, analysing and reporting the success of marketing campaigns and events
- Contribute to our communications strategy
- Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous study of or interest in marketing, media, digital skills or design is desirable
- Confident using digital tools and willing to learn new digital platforms, including SharePoint, social media scheduling tools and content management systems.
- Creative, enthusiastic and willing to contribute ideas for social media, website content, marketing materials and communication activity.
- A particular interest in the education sector and promoting the achievements of children
- Able to organise information, maintain records and support the coordination of marketing activities, campaigns, content libraries and communication resources.
- Able to work as part of a professional team, build positive working relationships and liaise appropriately with colleagues across the Trust and our academies.
