We are looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team of 6. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive (Business Services) and Marketing Executive (Consumer Services), supporting a wide range of marketing activities including digital marketing, content creation, campaigns and events while completing your apprenticeship training.
You'll receive day-to-day guidance from experienced members of the marketing team while being supported by the Head of Marketing throughout your apprenticeship. This collaborative approach will provide exposure to different marketing disciplines and the opportunity to develop a broad range of practical marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with creating content for the firm's website, social media channels, email marketing and printed marketing materials.
- Schedule and publish content across the firm's social media platforms.
- Update website content using the firm's content management system.
- Support the planning and delivery of networking events, seminars and webinars.
- Carry out market research.
- Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with the firm's brand guidelines.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For?
- An interest in marketing and digital communications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with good initiative
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Curious, proactive and keen to develop new skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between the firm's offices and events.
- A Level grades A-C ideally including Marketing or a subject closely associated.
- Able to travel to local events across Essex and Suffolk.
- Able to assist with transporting, setting up and dismantling event stands, banners and other marketing materials. This role involves occasional manual handling.
