Our client, a leading physical education company working with children in sports and childcare are looking for a marketing apprentice.
If you would be motivated to develop and capture ideas for marketing content and strategy, with a genuine interest in working with children in sports and childcare this could be for you.
About the Role:
This is a genuinely exciting apprenticeship where you will be fully immersed in marketing as well as being part of the company's before and after-school wrap-around care team, which would then allow for a clear insight into what would be required for any successful marketing campaign or strategy. Full training will be provided:
- DBS check
- First aid
- Paediatric first aid
- Safeguarding children
- Food hygiene
For the other aspect of your position, you will be in the office working directly with our Marketing Manager, getting stuck into social media, content creation and marketing campaigns.

This role is genuinely built for someone who wants to learn on the job and grow into a skilled, well-rounded marketer - not just tick a box on a training scheme.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting our before and after-school clubs, helping kids have a great time in a safe, fun environment
- Creating and posting content across social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more)
- Helping plan and run marketing campaigns
- Getting involved in photography, videography and basic content editing
- Supporting community events, open days and promotions
- Learning the ropes of brand building, customer engagement and marketing strategy from an experienced Marketing Manager
- Working towards a recognised marketing apprenticeship qualification
About You:
- Passionate about sport, kids, or both
- Genuinely eager to learn - this is a "grow with us" role, not a finished product
- Comfortable on social media and interested in what makes good content tick
- Some experience in a customer-facing, sport, childcare or creative role is a bonus, but attitude matters more than a CV
- Reliable, friendly and happy working with children
- Willing to complete required training and background checks (DBS, safeguarding, first aid, etc.)
- Good communicator, organised, and not afraid to pitch in
