Job Title
Remote | Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) | Part-time considered | Competitive salary
VQ Solutions is looking for a passionate Marketing Apprenticeship Coach to support and inspire apprentices throughout their learning journey. You'll deliver engaging online training, coach and assess learners, build strong employer relationships, and help apprentices achieve successful outcomes.
You'll also support our marketing activity by creating promotional content and managing our social media presence.
What you'll do
- Manage a caseload of Marketing apprentices.
- Deliver engaging online training and coaching sessions.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices and employers.
- Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
- Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment (EPA).
- Build positive employer relationships and monitor learner progress.
- Create marketing content and manage VQ Solutions' social media channels.
- Maintain accurate learner records and ensure compliance.

What we're looking for
Essential:
- CIM or equivalent Level 5+ Marketing qualification.
- Industry experience in marketing.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience delivering presentations or training.
Desirable:
- Teaching and/or Assessor qualification.
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or work-based learning.
