THE ROLE
As our new Marketing Artist, you will play a key role in bringing our games to life visually for players, press, and platforms. You’ll create high-impact marketing assets that capture the essence of our titles and help drive awareness, downloads, and community engagement.
Working closely with the project teams, you will produce visually striking promotional artwork, social media assets, key art, banners, in-game marketing materials, and other visual content that aligns with our established art direction. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented freelancer who thrives in a collaborative yet autonomous environment and loves turning game worlds into compelling marketing campaigns.
You will be expected to deliver creative, on-brand assets on time while working within technical and platform requirements. We value creative problem-solvers who communicate well, show strong enthusiasm, and consistently deliver high-quality work that excites both players and stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
