Role Description

We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The successful candidate will assist with campaign coordination, content creation, market research, and performance reporting while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role contributes to brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth by ensuring marketing activities are delivered efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing trends and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create, edit, and organize marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, marketing calendars, and project timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in managing social media platforms and online community engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and marketing execution.
  • Help organize events, product launches, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain marketing databases, digital assets, and campaign documentation.
  • Support email marketing activities, including audience segmentation and campaign tracking.
  • Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative marketing tasks.
  • Ensure marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with marketing trends and best practices.
