Marketing Assistant

Up to £30,000+ Bonus + Benefits

London - Hybrid.

Ready to take the next step in your marketing career with a leading global FMCG business? We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to join a fast-paced international team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys project coordination, working across multiple stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of exciting commercial and marketing initiatives across a wide portfolio of brands.

You'll play a key role in bringing projects to life, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and commercial partners to ensure campaigns, product launches, and business priorities are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing and commercial projects from planning through to execution.
  • Support new product launches and ensure key project milestones are delivered on time.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of sales and marketing materials across multiple markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, creative, finance, legal, and operations.
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Assist with campaign administration, asset management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain project documentation, processes, and internal communication platforms.
  • Support wider commercial team initiatives, events, and business projects as required.
  • Provide reporting, tracking, and coordination support across multiple workstreams.

About You:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Confident working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience working within a matrix or international organisation would be advantageous.
