Junior Marketing Assistant

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join Enzo Tech Group. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in marketing while gaining hands-on experience across content creation, social media, employer branding, and events.

Who We Are

Enzo Tech Group is a growing international technology recruitment and consulting business operating across Europe and the US.

Marketing plays an important role in our continued growth. From supporting sales and attracting new talent to building our brand across competitive technology markets, the team works closely with every area of the business.

This isn’t a traditional marketing function working behind the scenes. At Enzo, Marketing sits at the heart of the business, working alongside Sales, Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and the wider Operations team.

The Role

As our Junior Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Enzo’s marketing activity while developing your skills across a wide range of areas.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing content across our main social media channels
  • Managing content trackers and ensuring activity is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time
  • Supporting the growth of our LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok presence
  • Identifying relevant trends and turning them into engaging content ideas
  • Capturing day-to-day life at Enzo through photos, videos, and Instagram Stories
  • Supporting internal and external content shoots
  • Reviewing photography and videography before final approval
  • Helping new starters build a professional online presence through headshots, banners, and branded assets
  • Monitoring comments, messages, and inbound enquiries
  • Encouraging positive engagement across our online community
  • Working closely with our Operations and Events team to promote internal events, incentives, and company milestones

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
