UNDO is tackling the greatest challenge of our time: climate change. We’re already one of the biggest carbon removal companies in the world, but this is only the start - we have ambitious plans!

In 2025, UNDO was named one of four global winners of the $100M XPRIZE Carbon Removal competition, giving further recognition and credibility to enhanced rock weathering (ERW) as a carbon removal pathway, and UNDO as a scientific world leader in this field.

In addition to our successful ERW operations, we’re now leveraging our expertise and underlying technology to deliver the UNDO Platform; the digital, financial, and scientific infrastructure that enables project developers around the globe to run scalable, bankable, and verifiable ERW carbon removal projects, generating billions of tonnes of verified CDR.

Role overview

A new position for UNDO, this is a hands-on supporting role that will help keep UNDO’s day-to-day marketing, brand and PR activity moving. From email marketing, social content and website updates, to campaign support and reporting, this role will give you experience across the full marketing mix, with lots of potential to grow into full ownership of key areas.

This is a brand new hire to support our Senior Marketing Manager as they step up to cover our Director’s parental leave. It’s initially a 12-month contract to align with this period, but there is potential to convert into a permanent role in the future.

Where you’ll spend your time

  • Build and schedule email campaigns and social posts from briefs, in line with our marketing calendar
  • Make basic website and CMS updates (copy changes, image swaps, new pages from templates)
  • Support with content creation and repurposing, including social posts, blog content and simple visual assets
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages across UNDO’s social channels, escalating anything sensitive or technical where needed
  • Compile regular reports on email, social media, website and campaign performance using platforms such as HubSpot, Meta and Google Analytics.
  • Handle general marketing administration: briefing documents, asset organisation, supplier/contractor coordination, invoice or PO support as needed
  • Research content ideas and support the development of briefs for blogs, social and campaigns

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
