The role

Join Our Team

We are a market-leading nature data company. Our mission is to make nature measurable and actionable at scale and accelerate finance into nature. Our platform delivers vital insights on species, habitats, and nature-related risks, helping businesses across sectors - from mining and renewables to consumer goods and financial services - make smarter, more sustainable decisions.

As global leaders in biodiversity monitoring and eDNA analysis, we are transforming how nature is measured. Recognised as Earthshot Prize Finalists 2024, BloombergNEF Pioneers 2024, World Economic Forum Technology Pioneers 2024, and part of the TechNation Future Fifty 2025, we are shaping the future of how organisations understand and protect nature.

As we enter a new phase of global growth, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant who wants to be immersed in every part of the marketing mix. This is a brilliant entry point for someone newly graduated or 1-2 years into their marketing career who wants to build a genuine generalist skillset and get to know the varied specialisms of marketing.

What You'll Actually Do

This role is varied by design. One day you might be drafting social copy for a coastal conservation story, the next you're updating web pages, formatting a sales deck, or pulling together a performance report. You'll work closely with the Marketing Executive and wider team, supporting delivery across the board rather than owning one narrow lane.

Specifically, you'll:

  • Support campaign delivery - Help build, schedule, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
  • Keep the website current - Make simple content and copy updates in Webflow, upload new blogs and case studies, check links and formatting
  • Assist with content creation - Draft social posts, help write and edit blogs, case studies, and email copy; support with basic design edits for existing templates
  • Help manage HubSpot - Build email sends, update contact lists and workflows, support with basic reporting
  • Provide sales support - Prepare and update collateral, one-pagers, and presentations; keep shared marketing materials organised and current
  • Assist with reporting - Help pull together performance data from Google Analytics and HubSpot for regular reporting to the team
  • Get stuck into everything else - Events support, research, PR - whatever the team needs that week. We will provide training at every stage to ensure you learn and improve your skillset as you go

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
