This is a full-time role on a 6-month fixed term contract, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week based at our Alperton office. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Brand Managers, helping to coordinate projects, meetings, documentation, marketing materials and follow-up actions.
- Partner closely with Brand Managers, Graphics, Sales, and Clinical teams to ensure alignment, keep stakeholders informed, and foster internal communication.
- Liaise with external partners—including media agencies, printers, and other suppliers—to manage marketing collateral, track delivery dates, and coordinate production.
- Maintain campaign planning schedules and content calendars, coordinate campaign packing (e.g., Stop The Pressure, ABMs), and manage mailer support alongside the Graphics and Brand teams.

- Support the Brand Team with the social media content calendar, including coordinating approved content, scheduling posts and publishing across company social media channels.
- Handle purchasing workflows by creating purchase requisitions, following up on PO generation, and managing vendor billing details.
- Plan and organise events and National Business Meetings (NBMs), manage event bookings, coordinate conference logistics, handle hotel arrangements, and order promotional merchandise and product samples.
- Analyse sales and market data to support the Brand team, update the monthly KPI tracker, and calculate the ROI for campaigns and events.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints by proofreading messaging for accuracy and ensuring that packaging designs and artworks align with established brand style guidelines.
- Support the set-up and execution of CRM campaigns and communicate relevant updates and information to internal teams.
- Design surveys using MS Forms and collaborate with the Brand team to gather, analyse, and summarize market intelligence and competitor research.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
