Marketing Assistant – supporting the Director of Marketing across EMEA & APAC
Salary
£35,000 (depending on experience)
Hybrid Setup
4 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of marketing events across EMEA and APAC, including invitations, RSVPs, guest lists and logistics
- Liaising with venues, suppliers and external stakeholders
- Assisting with email campaigns, newsletters and marketing communications
- Supporting content creation and website updates
- Coordinating social media activity, particularly LinkedIn campaigns and content distribution
- Tracking engagement, campaign performance and reporting metrics
- Producing surveys, reports and marketing analysis
- Supporting project timelines, marketing operations and general department administration
- Assisting with the coordination of external PR activity and brand communications
What Background and Experience Are the Company Looking For?
- Experience within marketing, administration, PA, team assistant or coordinator roles
- Experience within a professional services, corporate or office-based environment preferred
- Demonstrable interest in marketing as a long-term career
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external contacts
- Interest in social media, content and digital marketing
- Canva or basic design experience would be advantageous but is not essential
