We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing activities across the Group.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including social media, content creation, digital marketing, internal communications, CRM management and campaign support.
Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager, you will help maintain and develop marketing channels, content and communications that support business growth, customer engagement and brand visibility across the Group.
You will gain hands-on experience across multiple brands and business units, develop practical marketing skills and receive ongoing mentoring within a growing in-house marketing team. This role provides an excellent foundation for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing, with genuine opportunities for personal and professional development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
