Marketing Assistant

Want to build real marketing experience while working with established brands across different industries?

We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team, supporting offline marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for clients across a range of UK sectors. You’ll receive structured training, practical experience, and plenty of opportunity to grow within marketing and business development.

Inside the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of client campaigns while learning how different brands approach growth and customer acquisition.

  • Support live marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
  • Represent client brands professionally
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Work alongside campaign teams to achieve client goals
  • Assist with campaign coordination and performance
  • Contribute ideas to improve engagement and results
  • Support the development of newer team members as you progress
  • Take on greater campaign responsibility over time
