Kidswell Health
Kidswell Health is a CQC-regulated private children’s health clinic in north west London, bringing talking therapies, psychiatry, neurodevelopmental assessment and support services together under one roof. We are growing our patient base and testing which marketing channels can deliver cost-efficient growth to scale.
We are looking for a content and growth ops assistant to help manage, coordinate and implement our daily and weekly marketing activations. This includes managing the content approval and scheduling process, maintaining our website, posting regularly to improve our SEO, working with clinicians to ensure our content is compliant, managing our email and CRM campaigns and other marketing activities as required. You will be reporting to the CEO and clinic manager.
What you will do
- Content production - run our AI content pipelines for blogs, Google Business Profile and social; edit and quality-check every draft to publishable standard; coordinate clinician video shoots and edit the footage. Organise webinars.
- Scheduling and approvals - own the content calendar; run the clinician sign-off chain for all clinical copy (getting drafts out, chasing responses, applying amendments); load approved posts into the scheduler on time.
- HubSpot and newsletters - build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences; set up, test and troubleshoot workflows; keep lists and properties tidy.
- Physical campaigns - manage the detail and admin involved in print campaigns, leaflet drops, events and groups.
- Weekly reporting — gather channel KPIs into our tracker every week and flag anything unusual.
- CEO and growth support – support the CEO with daily growth operations, admin and one-off projects

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we are looking for
- 1-2 years’ experience with marketing operations and/or content, freelance, agency or in-house.
- Comfortable with AI tools. Our content engine is built on Claude. You must treat it as a drafting tool, not a publishing one - you are the editor and the last check before anything goes out.
- Hands-on HubSpot or similar marketing software: emails, lists, workflows. Enough to build and test email campaigns, sequences, workflows.
- Strong written English and a good ear for tone and copy style.
- Short-form video editing for social. Not essential but a nice-to-have.
- Highly organised and comfortable chasing busy clinicians for approvals, politely and repeatedly.
