Location: Eccles, Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Northern Healthcare is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, internal communications, content creation, recruitment marketing, events and brand development - all while helping to tell stories that positively impact people's lives.

Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of engaging campaigns that strengthen our brand, attract exceptional people, and celebrate the incredible work happening across our supported living services.

What you'll be doing

As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns and our website.
  • Scheduling and managing content across our social media channels while engaging with our online community.
  • Supporting internal communications that keep colleagues informed, connected and engaged.
  • Assisting with recruitment marketing campaigns to help attract talented people to Northern Healthcare.
  • Updating website content and supporting SEO initiatives.
  • Assisting with photography, video content and design projects.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of company events, awareness campaigns and key organisational initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing marketing reports.
  • Providing administrative support across the Marketing Team and assisting with multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring all communications are aligned with our brand guidelines and PROUD values.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about marketing, communications and digital content.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Creative, proactive and full of ideas.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Confident using social media platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Eager to learn, develop and build a successful career in marketing.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

You must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle, with the ability to travel to our services and events across the organisation as required.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, email marketing platforms or social media scheduling tools would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
